Mr. Loik educated in Canada with a degree in Economics and with over 28 years of marketing and sales experience across Canada and the USA. With a background in farming, including fruit cultivation, development of new seedlings and elimination pesticides his experiences have helped in the expansion of the family farm.

Farming for over 25 years in the Niagara region in Ontario, Canada. Mark Loik has served as President/CEO for BILSTEIN COLD ROLLED STEEL, LP ; a division of the BILSTEIN GROUP headquartered in Hagen Germany.  Prior to this, Mark held various positions of increasing responsibility with operations, quality, and contract negotiations, all with focused operations within Canada. Working in collaboration with BILSTEIN since 2001, Mark joined the team of BILSTEIN NORTH AMERICA in 2011, where he was responsible for sales, product development, and procurement across Canada and USA. As project manager for the new production facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Mark led the site selection, land acquisition, incentives, human resource development, and other various aspects of the project, as well as the start of operations for the new plant. Mark is a serving Board Member as well as a Presidential advisor for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Mark also is an advisor to the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce assisting with recruitment of new industry opportunities to the area.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Creed has owned an electrical contracting company, a mortgage trading company, and a real estate development company. a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas. Following the sale of Pinnacle Bank to Bancorp South, Mr. Creed spent three years as a Senior Vice President of American Portfolio Mortgage Company, Inc. (APMC) a Chicago based mortgage trading company. After resigning from APMC in late 2004, he formed mortgage trading company, Avalar, LLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. In November 2007, Mr. Creed accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Blue Ridge Group, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky. While with Blue Ridge, Mr. Creed served as Corporate Counsel of Peerium, Inc., a start-up technology company located in Boston, MA, and established the first “Opportunity Fund” in 2008 to purchase performing residential mortgage loans. He serves as portfolio manager for all Funds and has been responsible for the purchase of over thirty million dollars in performing loans to date. He remained with Blue Ridge until September of 2013 when he resigned to accept the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel position at Bayou City Exploration, Inc. where he also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Creed joined Messrs Larkin and Cline to form Freedom Crude, LLC in January of 2019.

As Facility Operations Manager, Chelsea leads all manufacturing and technical operations across the Aviette network.  This includes overseeing the entire process from raw material acceptance to finished product development and release, certification and compliance management, implementation of food safety and quality systems, and more.

Her career experience combined with her degree in Science in Biology with concentration in Bio-Tech (from Western Kentucky University), she provides a broad spectrum of technical expertise, enabling the development of processing strategies and product development innovation to not only develop the best quality products, but also business competitiveness in the marketplace.  She entered the Cannabis industry to serve as a trusted resource for Kentucky Cultivators and contribute positively to the growth of the Cannabis industry in Kentucky.
